Vistor VISA B2 Does Notary Require for Property Proofs

As part of vistor documents, does my parents needs to obtain notary for the letter explaining ties with India ( Property / Bank balance Etc..) to US consulate.


My parents will carry all original document for property proofs, during interview with consulate.

Originals for property proof is not needed as they will not look at them nor ask for it as it could be in a language only understood by the locals or the english could be not readable.

Instead, they should get valuation documents from an engineer and summarize everything with a CA if desired.

All these documents are just a good to have and in most successful visa cases, none of these are even looked at by the VO. My parents came to US when I was a student and I did not know much about the paperwork at that time and stupid me sent them to the consulate with just a graduation invite letter. They did get the visa though.
