Hi,
My mother is widow and my father passed away 3 years back. We are planning to apply Visitor visa for my mother. Some of the property is still on my father's name and on my mother's name there is agriculture land which is worth 20 laks. Is that okay to present the property which is on my father's name ? or just present whatever on my mother's name. Or is it better to transfer the property on father's name to my mom's. Please clarify us.
