Tourist Visa Query

My fiancee is going to apply for a tourist visa B2. I have an H1B visa for last 2.5 years.
Will the visa officer accept this logic of fiancee visiting me. My fiancee is working for an software company since 2 years. would it give an impression of her being an potential immigrant. our marriage is scheduled for end of the year and she will be then coming on H4 visa..

Do not apply for a visitor visa for the fiance. It will most likely result in a rejection.

How about if she applies with her parents for a tourist visa. she does not have any relatives here..
what kind of documents would that need, and will that be an issue for her H4 visa application in future
would that help that she has been to a lot of other countries..
