  • B2 - Chances ?

My father who has two children,1 is her and another over Indiaand has been working in Kuwait around 25 years and wants to visit grandson over here. his employer sponsoring his trip as well. Pl. guide me on his chances of getting B2 visa and what should he do to make it happen, since he lost his spouse?

P.S: He has PAI in US consulate @ Kuwait and definitely he will go back to kuwait and resume his activities as well.

There is nothing to help here as the info provided is very less and the chances cannot be predicted. He might get a visa as he has been settled in the oil rich country and if he proves ties to that country and/or India.

What is your status? Any other relatives in US? Any past visa rejections? Any past immigrant petitions?

Tx..Txh1b. This is his first appearence, i am in L1B.. neither other relatives over here nor applied for immigrant visa for my dad. Ties means... he has been over oil rich nation for 25 years, as expected his boss sponsoring for him. just he wants to visit his grandson and he will tell in front of VO " have to visit and see my grandson who was born last year over there". defintely he will go back, since he likes to live over there. Thanks.
