Visitor Visa on the verge of my H1 expiry

Hi,

I am applying for a visitor visa for my inlaws and date of interview is in July 2008. But my H1 is getting expired in Sept 2008. My company is converting my H1 visa to L1A visa.

1. In this scenario, will my inlaws visa get rejected Or will they have expiry date of visa on Sept 2008 as well?

2. Do i need to submit any additional documents to prove that my company is submitting a CoS form for me to get converted?

3. Will they get a multiple entry 10yr visa?

1. Their visa is independent of your visa. The period of validity of their visa depends on what the VO thinks is reasonable based on their interview.
2. A receipt of pending application is good to have.
3. Depends like I said in 1.
