Guidance for B2

Hi,
I have go 10yr multiple visa B1/B2 & visited USA in March And returned back after finishing my work in 2 3 weeks.My next trip is supposed to be in 2009,i wish to accompany mi wife and small kid with me for this trip, i think B2 visa will be good for both of them (i think so).Will some body advice me about,What are the document that i hav to give mi wife at the time of interview? What are the possible questions she might be asked ?She is not good at English can she opt for Hindi interview? Or any other visas please guide me
