Mother going for third time

Tomorrow my mother is going for her visitor visa appt at New Delhi. She has been rejected twice in 2003-2004. Hopefully she gets the lottery this time. I'll give the rest of the details tomorrow.

I've seen many rejected people get their visas on their third attempt. Good Luck!
