Vistitor VISA B2

I am holding L1 A VISA and staying in India. I have plans to go to US by L1 VISA. Can I apply B2 VISA for my parents before I go US. In that case how can I fill I-134 form. They are asking US address and bank balances in US.

Better arrive in US, settle down, build up some bank balance and then apply gor your parents visa, otherwise there are high chances of rejection. You got to support them financially and in every way they will need help, so if you yourself are unsure of things then how can you support them, this will be the line of thought.
