Two brothers in US, want to invite parents on B2

I have been in USA since 2000 initially on F-1 and now on H1-B. My elder brother is also in US since 2001 initially on H1-B and now on EAD (GC). We both are married.

I want to invite parents on B-2 VISA. My question is......

Can I alone send the documents (I-134, bank stmt, invitation letter etc.)? Does my brother also need to send the same set of documents or just the supporting documents (such as his visa status documents) or no documents at all.

Depends on who are they going to visit, you or your brother... it may help to produce just enough information to show the "legal" status (no financial information needed).

However, this is 5% of your application chances of sucess... the rest is 50% their ties to home country and 45% luck
