electronic application completion

my uncle's relatives are trying to visit him in the united states. unfortunately they are old, and have absolutely no idea about completing any electronic application forms. would it be possible to complete the nonimmigrant forms on hard copy by hand? thank you for your help.

No, the form has to be submitted online. Why dont you do it for them?
