Visitor Visa - Sponsor's Visa(also I94 and petition) is expiring - please help

Hi,

I would like to sponsor my parents for B2 visa.

My I94, visa and petition are getting expired. My company is yet to apply for an extension.

Can I apply for B2 visa for parents now?
What are the chances that their visa will get approved.?
Please let me know...

... depend on their stronger ties to their home country. Does not matter about your I94 expiration date.
