Urgent question on parents visa- Can they travel to canada?

Folks,
This is my situation

I bought my parents to US (they are still in US) when I was in L1, once they came inside US, I move to L2 visa applied for EAD and travelled to Canada for work. My wife, and my brother's family are in US, can I bring my parents to canada in tourist visa? Can they travel back to US from Canada? Will there be any issues?

Depending on country of citizenship, they need Canadian visa.

If they have time remaining on I-94, they can return to US. They cannot use visit to Canada to get another 6 month visit to US.
