Visitor visa for children

Both me & my husband have 10 yrs mutiple entry visa, We have already visited USA oncefor 20 days.
My children want to see Disneyland. They are 13 & 11 yrs old.Can I apply for visa by showing their bonafide certificate.I am a Govt employee.For my last visit I obtained NOC.Should I reapply for the same?
Will their be any problem in getting visa for the kids. pls reply
