Visitor Visa - Visa stamp vs I-94 duration

I always Pleasure and Respect to rules and regulations of USA country. I just want to inform that i have a 10years B1/B2class visa for USA from india and i got 6month visa over here i had already taken return ticket dated on august20th2008 to india but i want to stay here more becuase i have more relatives over here, i want to meet and stay with all of them becuase i love the people and weather of USA becuase its very quite.so, I shall change my travel date to Dec28th2008 before 4moths i just want to apply for my wife and my little daughter she is 3months old now.
