    advice on visa waiver?

    Ok I came to the usa in 1994 with visa waiver when I was 12 years,so I over
    stay.I finis school here and I want to legal so I start making reseach and
    meet some one that tell to fill for asylum cos I have problems in Haiti, but i'm
    a German citizen, so I did. Now I went to my asylum intervew they refer me to a judge.Now I'm waiting to see judge.Please can some one tell me what should I do and any advice would help.

    There is no legal way for you to stay. Other than marriage to an USC. You went the "asylum way" so now you must face the consequences.

    Neither one, asylum or marriage, should be used "just so you can stay".
