hi my name is amrit and i want to apply for US vistor visa for 1month as my brother lives over there but he cant sponser me as he is not permanent yet, but i got PR in 2007 and after that i applied for US visa but got rejected as i want to go for my bro's marriage but they reject my visa as at that time i wasnt working full time.
but now i am working currently full time as customer service consultant and my employer can give me a leave application but my main problem is that i havent got any sponsorship letter from US or neither i do have any assests like car or any house.
so can u tell me whether i can apply for US visa and wat are the chances as i dont want to stay there forever
