How to Sponsor Mother-in-law's mother visitor VISA

Any one of you folks sponsor Mother-in-law's mother visitor VISA before?. Is it any different from sponsoring Mother-in-law visitor VISA? are there any potential issues that might come at the time of interview? I appreciate your help.

Tourist visas are SELF sponsored and earned on the applicant's merits and ties to his/her home country.

Yes, you can send an I-134... but she stands better chances at "sponsoring" herself... and you must understand that the more distant the relationship is (sponsoring your brother, vs sponsoring your cousin's uncle's niece) it is more credible that you'd need an i-134.
