Regarding Vistiors visa from london to US

Hi ,
My brother is doing his Masters in London and was expected to complete his course this year (2008) but has to redo one one his modules next year. He had applied for a visitors visa to the US last month (before knowing the result of his exam) showing sufficient funds and that he is expected to complete his course by nov , but got denied saying he doesnt have strong proof he will return from the US after visiting me . He did tell them he has to return to UK to complete his course as his project submission was pending and after that return to India as we have our father's business there.But they said he can reapply wen his circumstances change.we are planning to reapply for the visa again next month as now we know he can only complete by next year.But does anyone knw wat more can be done to make the proof stronger..?Wud sponsering him do any better?

Same problem here for B-2 visa from london to USA

Hi there...

I have also same problem. I am also doing Master's here in london and my wife is in USA on F-1 visa. I applied for B-2 from london but they refused saying you are a possible immigrant....
So, this 2nd time I am going to apply again with Trvael Insurance, Blocked return ticket for my travel...........
I dont what else we can do.........to get proof for stronger ties either here in uk or in india???
Please help.....
