Hello sir/Madam,
My mother has apply for tourist visa n she got appointment date as 5th sep n she went there in newdelhi in embassy she has apply on her own funds for tourist visa she has ready her file she is widow and her source of income is monthly interest under the monthly income scheme against her fixed deposits and she has her property of costs of around 35 lakhs her younger son is teaching in niit and her younger son is studying ( BSC IT ) from niit , she had made her ca reports but VO has not seen the file he ask 3-4 questions and said your annual income is less thats y we cant give u visa and one thing is more that she has given her interview in english but now she want to giv her interview in punjabi/ hindi is it possible to giv interview in any language , please tell me as soon as possible what we have to do now , she is spnsoring herself own on her own funds and she has written in the form that she intend to arrive in the us on 30th sep 2008 now wen we can apply for next time and she tell her annual income around one and a half lac rupees, plz reply me as soon as possible what we have to do now and wen she can apply next plz m waiting for ur reply .
