Hello
I have read your section on 'Ineligibilities' but I would be most grateful if you could clarify something for me. In August 07 I was convicted of a non - violent sexual assault against a woman age 32. I was given 32 weeks imprisonment suspended for 2 years, put on a sex offenders programme which ends in April 09, and told to sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years. This is my only conviction; and I have been put at low risk.
Does all this mean a lifetime exclusion from the USA, or can I still fill out the necessary documents and arrange for an interview, at the US Embassy in London.
Thankyou Very Much
