Renewal for B1/B2

Hello Sir ,

My Parents Having USA visa b1/b2 for ten years. The visa will be for another 6 months only and they are going to USA to their son (green card holder).

Will it be possible they can extend or renew again there in USA.Or they can extend here in INDIA with follwoing the drop box thing.

US visa can't be renewed/extended in US.

They will have to go through the process of getting new visa in India. There is no more drop box.
