My passport is damaged

Dear Sir,

I have us visa B1/B2 1 year and already visted in usa. Today I am in india. Some body damage my 2 pages of passport. but my us visa is ok. i need your help what i will do.

1. is that i can travel without 2 pages of my passport

2. can i aply new passport and say to authority's that my passport is lost.

3. can i avail again us visa.

What i will do help me and sugust me. my visa is expire in december 2009

You need to tell the truth that your passport has been damaged.

Get the passport replaced.

As long as the US visa is intact, just carry both the passports when traveling.

Thanks for your reply. Will you sugust me can i travel with my old damage passport i am worried because somebody remove 2 pages from my passport but my visa is ok and I have apply new passport. Can I travel with my old visa i.e. B1/B2 or not. If my passport is damage my visa is valid or not.

Please help me.
