question about personal affidavit for visitor visa

I need an urgent help. Could you please suggest who needs to sign the personal affidavit for 'property, business and trip details' for parents when they are applying for B2 Visa. Is it ok if they sign it by themselves or this document needs to be signed by someone else.

Its a "personal" affidavit, so its that person himself/herself or in this case, your parents.
