In the month of september this year, the visitor visa for my Mom and Brother got rejected, reason being the VO asked for my dad's employment letter which my Mom didnt had.

I am reapplying for her visa also for my dad in december. Having few doubts:

1. Do I need to send again the I-134 or the old one can be used?
2. My salary stubs and bank statement are till August' 2008. Do I need to send till the month of October.
3. As last time my mom didnt had letters letters related to my Father's employement could you please let me know what all documents related to my father my mom should carry?
4. If any other documents she needs to prove her ties with her native country. Please let me know.

I am also planning to apply for my Dad's visa. He is a Govt. Employee. What all documents he needs to carry apart from Employment related docs and assests related. Please let me know.

Any infomration on this please let me know as I will be taking their appointment after i get some information.

1. Does not matter. No harm in sending a new one.
2. Send latest ones.
3. Check immihelp visitorr visa page. Tax returns, proof of employment, salary slips etc.
4. Property and familial ties documents, bank balance, evaluated gold etc.

NOC is taken normally with sanctioned leave from work.
