I am hoping to bring my fiance to the US on a tourist visa, we plan on residing in Mexico, but would like to marry here and have a small reception and return to Mexico within the 90 days, but I hear it's very difficult to convince them that we will be returning, she doesn't have anything in her name since she is only 18, but all of her family resides there and she works for them.

It will be very hard indeed to prove her intentions to return. not so easy...
I have checked into marriage by a US citizen to a Mexicana in MX...the amount of paperwork and permission and oficinas is exhausting! I'm preparing paperwork to prove our return now...I'll keep you posted!Comment
