h2b refused under 214b and b2 canceled with no prejudice

ok so i have long history with j1 starting 2005 got back
j1 2006 till august 30 left for mexico got back on oct 2006 stayed for another 3 months got back then j1 in 2007 until sep 31 on sep 31 got my first h2b from inside the usa till january 31 then asked for change of status got the answer on sep 18 2008 although i got my approval on 18sep i left the us on september 9 went for an interview for another h2b visa on sep 25 was suppose to go back but then the interviewr have declined the h2b under section 214 and at the same time he have stamped my tourrist visa cancel with no prejudice

now on nov 24 i am going for another interview for b1/b2 visa with my whole family that are planing a trip to the us for 3-4 weeks
since my last refusal my status have changed as for i have a place i work at got my own car and my own place but still its only been 2 months after i got back from the us what should i do at the interview and what are the chanses of getting a b2 visa after the old one canceled with no prejudice
and should i mark on the ds-156 that my visa have been canceled or revoked should i answer yes for that or no since it was canceled with no prejudice?

i would extermly appriciate your answers
and tips or pepole that had the same sitaution as i had

You can answer No. Canceled without prejudice means canceled for no wrong doing on your part.

how would you estimate the chanses of obtaining a visa after past refusal only two months ago
what should i do and how to behave if they would give time i can explain the complete iltenerry i had in the past but defently the overall situation showed that i have used to live in the us under a b2 visa which is incorrect but it shows upon the history of visits and length
what documents would you add inorder for them to have less concerns of my immegration potential

again i have
car registerd under my name recently bought from car dealership
house under my name
a job which i have been working since last refusal for IT company
for that i show two pay stubs i will get the third one only a week after the interview also i show a letter from my boss
as for the intension of the visit i come with my sister and my mother to the interview with complete iltenrry of our planned trip some where mid january
