Hi,
We are planning to apply visitor's visa for my mother. I'm in H4 visa and my husband is in H1. I came to US 3 yrs back and my husband 8 yrs back. My mother is a widow and she doesnt have any property in her name . But she has a decent bank balance in her name. I have 2 sisters, one is employed and other one is unemployed staying with my mother, both unmarried. My question is what should I do for the property proof when I apply for the visitors visa. and is there any chance to reject her visa due to this reason.
One more question, what does this mean "visa rejected under the condition of 214b"
