I'm 20,F,unemployed Student intending to visit sis in US

So what are my chances??
my brother-in-law ( H1b) is sponsoring me...documents are on the way here.......i wish to go only for 20days and have even booked my return light tickets.
but i dont have any property in my name.
i have a semester left in college and i obviously must return....have got a letter from principal too confirming the same.

my interview date is on the 29th this month.


what do you think??

Chances are high you're VISA will be rejected. 20s female without substantial ties to home country (property, car, substantial assets etc) gives the VO a notion of high probability of immigration.

u will get it for sure . since u r in ur final semester . since u intend to go for a visit , u will get .one of mi coworkers sisters daughter was here for a visitation , she is younger than u ..so, u will get it .

i got the visa !!
first attempt...10yrs multiple entry!
no documents were asked for! only 3 questions were asked "
-why you going? ( to visit my sister and see newyork)
-where you going? ( newyork )
-what do you do? ( student).

thats it! collected the passport next day from VFS chennai....

dont get discouraged by negative feedback of others....anyone'l; get a visa if you stick to truth!
