Issue with 1-134 signature of oath.

      Hi,

I have one question about signing on i-134 form.
am sponsoring visitors visa to my inlaws and filled out the form i-134.
in the signature column, it has signature of sponsorer and dont have another spacefor signature for oath...i took the form to AAA, the notarize authoirty person signed the form with the stamp and when i asked them abt me signing the form, she said that she should sign it.
am confused now, whether the notarize authority will sign it or me....
did anyone go thru the same situation...plz letme know.
when i searched for i-134 previous version form, itsays that the new i-134 form started from oct 2008 and the previous one doesnot exist...
      please let me know....regarding this.

      thanks,

          New/old I-134

There is no place in new I-134 for officer's signatures. I went to Notary and the guy asked me where should he sign. The old form has place for notary officer's , but new form doesn't have it. Also somewhere I have read that notarized forms are no longer required. Any help?

            thank you

            Hi,

Thanks tsarav1 & kchopra for your reply.
was just preparing documents and logged in after some days.
i went to AAA and asked about it again, she indeed has taken the documents and asked me to sign the document and later she put the date and signed it below my signature and put a notary beside the signature,
and as i saw the reviews on signature, now am thinking which documents shall i ask my inlaws to carry with them...with notary or without notary.....
hmmm.....only one week time for the interview...
and is it necessary that my inlaws should carry the birth certificates of their other children too( they have my wife birth certificate with them)...or is it ok to have photos with them of their other children...plz do advise me onthis....

            thanks,
