Hi ,
I am planning to sponsor my parent's visa. In my school certificate my last name got misspelt as NADENLA instead of NADENDLA and I continued with the last name NADENLA for all my certificates,immigration documents, passport, green card etc.So even in my passport my last name,my father's and mother's lastname are all NADENLA.
I have an younger brother here in US, but he cant sponsor as he is still on OPT.But in my brother's passprt and my parents passport their last names are spelled correctly NADENDLA. So I am really tensed about this last name issue.
Should I take an affidavit here is US stating that NADENLA/NADENDLA are both same names and can be spelt in different ways??
Please advice.
