Urgent Travelling to USA in B1/B2

Hi.
I have an urgent situation..My Mom went to US in the month of SEPT.. She is not well now, so I have bring her back to India. I have a B1/B2 mutiple entry visa, can I travel to US on a 1 week trip and accompany my MOM back to India.

What are all the documents I need to carry. My Mom is in my sisters place. So do I need a invitation letter from my SIS? And can I mention in the invitation letter that my Mom is not well..Please help me out in this..

If you have a visa, then there is no problem in you making a short trip.
