B2 Visa while staying out of Home Country

Hi

I am an Indian and presently working in Canada. I am planning to visit US to meet my relative. Can I apply and get the US tourist VISA while staying at Canada ? Please suggest.

You can, but it will be a lot harder to prove ties to your home country while being in another country... so, chances of denial are high.
