2 months stay approved in airport, can i appeal

hi there
if some one having 10 year valid visit visa be denied stay min 3 months, siting they were here for 5 months in past 10 months
she went back and came again in 5 months , last visit she stayed 5 months
where do i appeal
any success stories
i just need 1 month extension

beware babysitting inlaws dont come back in next 6 months, your name will pop up , i never knew that

inlaws coming to babysit is NOT ok. That is illegal employment and not allowed under the terms of their visitor visa.

you may not appeal this decision and if you keep having them abuse their visa and coming repeatedly to babysit, you can get their visa cancelled.

HIRE a US baby sitter.

They should return as per the I-94. If not, the visa will be revoked. Frequent visits by visitors is not a good idea. They should spent more time in their home country than in the US. Double the time is much better. If they spend 5 months here, better spend 10 months in the home country before attempting to return.
