Travel to the United States

My mom visited United States from May 24th to November 16th, 2008. She stayed for the entire period of 6months with me. She would like to return back to the United States in the month of February 2009. Since she has been in India only for a brief period of 2 and 1/2 months, would it be a problem for her to travel back to the United States? Any advice in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
