Visitor visa for my sister-in-law and her 6yr old son

I wanted to bring my sister-in-law and her 6 yr old son for 2-3 months to help me during my final days of pregnancy. My brother and his eldest son is in india and my brother is going to sponsor for them.What are her chances of getting her visitor visa?

Pregnancy help is not a valid reason for visitor visa. Slim chances of approval as you are making them take a job from an american worker and also it is considered working, which is not allowed for visitors.

sister in law "hardly" qualifies as the close family you need with you.

you said "help" you during the last stage of your pregnancy... that equals working... babysitting for you, taking kids to school for you, cooking for you, etc... all of that is not what a visitor visa is for.
