B1/B2 is business or visitor visa?

Hi,
I have got visa for 1 year multiple entry valid from June 2004 to June 2005. I went to US for a business meeting for 2 weeks in July 2004.

The visa type on my passport looks like this.

Visa Type /Class
R B1/B2

And the annotation is blank.

My wife is working in US on L1 visa since 30th August 2004.

MY QUESTION IS
Is my visa a business visa or a visitor visa? And if it is a visitor visa, can I go to US to stay with my wife for 4-5 months on this visa as a visitor?

What visa did you apply? Business visa or visitor visa?

Even though it says B1/B2, use it only for the purpose for you got it.

If you got business visa(B1), and now you would like to visit for pleasure(B2), I suggest you get new visa.
