I became a citizen in 1994. I'm trying to apply for a law enforcement and one of the requirement they are asking the paperwork where I have my name change. Could you help me where or who should I contact or go to obtain the paperwork. I'm greatly appreciated.

If you changed your name as part of your naturalization application, copy of that application would be the only proof.
