I-134 Question

Hi,
I'm getting all the paperwork ready to sponsor my in-laws & my wife's grandparents for U.S visitor visa (I am a U.S Citizen & she's a LPR) and my question is do I need to file a separate I-134 for the in-laws (per person?) & her grandparents (per person?)
