    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I got my tourist visa for US in Kuwait and have plan to leave for the US in the middle of this year but i want to base my trip in India could it be possible? I'm just confuse please help me.

      If you meant you want to fly to US from India with a US visa issued at Kuwait - Yes you can as long as you have a valid Visa.
