How should we be prepared, when we are called for interview

Hi My mom is called for a personal interview (she is 67, widow and first time going abroad). In the consulate letter they didnt check on any box (as if something is missing). So what should we be taking to go for an :rolleyes interview. All the documents that we used for applying visitor's visa or something more than that.
