B2 visa interview dates

Hello,

I need to apply B2 visa for my parents. They are expected to come in US by May.

I filled in the DS-156 form online at the site: vfs-usa.co.in

However, i could not get the interview date as it displays a message "Interview Appointment not currently available." So when should i check it and if someone has an experience in this situation please advise.
