My brother and his family want to visit USA for tourism purpose and they are planning on taking a tour package for the same.
1.Will taking the tour package have any impact on their getting the visa?
2.Will all 4 of them going together for visa be an issue?
3.Do these tour companies facilitate the visa process?
They have previously visited other countries also. Will the fact the I am here make a difference in their visa application?
4.Should they say that they have a brother living in the US?

Our parents are in India and my brother lives with them and takes care of them.He also has his business there.
They just want to visit for a couple of months while his daughter has vacations.

Any ideas?Any help/information will be useful.

    Thx

    1. I don't think there will be any impact.
    2. Not an issue.
    3. They can help how to fill up the forms etc. but you can do everything yourself. Read https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/visitor They can't really influence anyone in making decision.
    4. Yes, they should tell the truth. In fact, you have to write that in DS-156 form.

        Re: I 134

        Separate I-134 for each person.
