Visitor Visa for parents while I am on OPT

Hi,

I need help in preparing documents for my parents to visit USA for my convocation on May 16th, 2009. Currently I am in OPT and I don’t have a H1 Visa but I am filing for one on April 1st, 2009. Can you please help me in letting me know how the procedure works for people on OPT rather than H1 to sponsor for their parents?
