Hi,
I had a BPO business in india. I got a ten year multiple entry in nov 2005. I entered USA two times within dec 2006. When i tried to enter for the third time, the officer at the atlanta airport refused me entry and cancelled my Visa. I have invested money for the business in US and i have all the documents for proof.
Again i applied for b1/b2 visa on march 2009 and i have got a ten year multiple entry again. The visa officer in mumbai told me to be prepared for more questions at the POE. I have almost closed my BPO business and i have got the visa primarily to visit my sister. I may explore more business opportunities in USA.
Should i enter the same POE again? Will they refuse me entry again ?
