My husband is sponsoring for my parents' visitors visa.Currently my parents are in different cities, mom in mumbai and dad in nagpur.When they pay the application fee at HDFC bank, do they have to be together?can they both pay their separate fees, get the receipt and apply online?are usually couples scheduled together for interviews and if so, will paying fee separately affect that?

Everything separately is possible. But recommended that they interview together.
