Need Advice on applying visa for mom

Hi All,

I am planning to apply visitor visa for my mom. i have few questions. please advice me on this.

my mom is 50+ widow, she is getting my dad's pension which is 4000Rs.

I have applied for her visitor visa 2times as my husbund as sponsor but she was rejected in chennai, no explaination for rejection and i was dependent during that period.

Now i am working and planning to sponsor my mom.

I have purchased a home in vizag in her name to show it as her property.

Now my question is we were in chennai but now she is stays in Andhra Pradesh.

I am planning to change her passport address and send her to Hyderabad consulate.

1) Sending her to hyd consulate is right? or else do i need to send her to Chennai.
2) As i have got her house in her name ll that help her getting her visa.
3) i am planning to show 2lac cash in her ac.

Please advice me is this is fine or anything else i can do for her get stammped.

That may help

Firstly, changing to Hyd consulate may help but they can still track the record based on her passport number.

Having property in her name will help convince the authorities. They generally check the reason of the earlier rejection(s) before making a new decision. So try to overcome the issues she had earlier.
