can i invite my huband on my graduation

can anyone help me.im doing my nasters in virginia,USA.i m going to attend my grad ceremony in june 2009.now my question is
1)can i invite my husband for my grad ceremony
2)what are the required documents they need to show to visa officer.

OP,
You can invite your husband to attend your grad ceremony. What you need is a letter from your school about the grad ceremony and your invitation letter to him to attend the same.

Dear ramabalaji, you have sensed correctly, I have been sarcastic in some of my comments recently - probably due to seeing repeatedly the same questions again and again. Repeated requests for documents here - whereas they are readily available on the pages of this website for that visa section.

But for this case, I was not sarcastic at all, I was asking genuinely if the seeker of visitor visa plans to goback to home country or not - the primary requirement for visitors visa as we all know.

Probably I am losing the patience to type straight answers to repeated questions like many other senior members But thanks for pointing out.

I do agree with you on people who aspire to build their future in USA, prefer to have ready made cooked food in this forum. It seems that they do not have time or patience to go through the answers before posting questions.I used to get frustrated to see questions where answers are already available in this forum. May be they feel some seniors are available to answer them.
Now a days I ignore those postings.
