B2 Family tourism sponsorship by Employer

Hi All

My company is based in US and every year I travel once is 6 months for past 3 yrs. During my next visit they asked me to bring family for tourism and company would bear all expenses for same.

Anyone with simillar experience?
Any help of invitation letter preparation or any sample invitation letter? pls point
