My Family and I are here on a working Visa H-1b, my youngest daughter is 17 years old. My son who is 22 years old is no longer under my visa because he went to college in Montreal, Canada. We are In Florida since 2001; my son graduated high school here in Florida. About six months ago my son tried to come visit us; he has been refused twice at customs. Now he is going to come tomorrow for one month, to spend the Passover holidays with the Family and his sister graduation. How can we be reassured that he will not have any hard time at customs. My son was born in Canada, therefore is a Canadian citizen.

Please let me know what can be done!

DS-156 is for applying for visa. But that does not guarantee entry into the US.

student visitor visa

hello guys i am new to immihelp ...pls help me out in this
my brother is studying in us durham new hampshire...in university of new hampshire pursing his ms in computer science ..he is on a 5 year f1 visa....
now i want to visit him i am 22 years old graduate waiting for my mba interview results...n wud further apply in other college if i dint get thru.....my father is a govt. servant working in a psu n my mother is a entrepreneur ...i want to go to us for exploring business opportunities for my mothers firm ..we r the manufacturers of corporate gifts items ..like leather wallet n leather accessories..n various othet novelties n corporate gifts ..we have our own manufacturing unit here in delhi....my other plans r to join my mothers business n i have came to know there is a scope for leather articles there in us n for handicrafts too..which we also manufacture...now being a young n single ..will it be difficult for me to get a tourist visa as firstly i just want to go as a tourist n explore opportunities there ..n return with a business visa if theres a scope...,on this trip there is no intention of working there...
so my queries are:
1.being young n single wud act as a hindrance in getting a visa?
2.i have sound financial background of my parents with strong ties with home country wht others i have to show?
3.n the ds156 i have mentioned in the reasons coloumn that i want to meet my brother sight seeing n exploring business opportunities firm
4.can the above reason act against me

pls help me as i have interview on 17th at the delhi consulate thanks
