Visitor visa - mother
Hi Currently I am in US on L1A Blanket Visa. one week back I entered in US. My wife and child is at India and will join me after 2 months. However their Visa (L2) already been issued.
Question - If I want to bring my mother with my wife & child (may be in early June 09) then is it possible? My mother yet to get Visitor visa.
I hope by 15th May I would have $5000 in my account.
Please suggest.
Let's assume my mother will be granted visitor visa then If My mother will travel along with my wife and child then at the time of I-94 it won't be issue..right? as my mother may need to go back after 6 months but my wife & child will stay until I leave US (may be till June 2010)
Please advide me on both the questions.
